We ship Australia wide with Australia Post eParcel, TNT and or courier services for bulky items.
Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days of receipt of payment – shipping time is an additional 3-6 business days from dispatch date

Post Information – please note:
- You will receive an email the day we dispatch – ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment
- Australia Post will email you with your eParcel tracking number, along with any scans from us to you
- Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address – we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

- Generally we dispatch within 5 working days of ordering, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-6 business days to deliver – please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up
- Due to all parcels requiring a signature on delivery – we cannot leave a note for the postman saying your parcel can be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc. It will be attempted to be delivered and then transferred to your Local Post Office for collection
- Orders received before 8am on a business day with Express postage will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day – with an expected delivery to your the next business day. Orders received after 8am will be sent next business day
